Abstract
We deal with a novel proposal to obtain the curvature fringes by a quasi-re al time technique incorporating the developed optodigital system for cun/at ure measurement. An asymmetric Gaussian filter centered on the central freq uency of the curvature fringes isolates the curvature fringes from the carr ier shear fringes (C) 2001 Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Enginee rs.
