Abstract
Allyl indium, prepared from allyl bromide and indium metal in THF, reacts w ith terminal epoxides at room temperature to afford the corresponding bisho moallyl alcohols in excellent yields and with good regioselectivity. (C) 20 01 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
