Intermittent symptomatic hydronephrosis secondary to ureteropelvic jun
ction obstruction is common in children. Fibroepithelial polyps uncomm
only cause intermittent hydroureteronephrosis. We report an unusual ca
se of bilateral distal ureteral fibroepithelial polyps causing symptom
atic hydroureteronephrosis.
