Abstract
Congenital testicular exstrophy is an extremely rare developmental ano maly of the position of the testis. While extrusion of the testes seco ndary to trauma or idiopathic causes has been described, a literature review revealed only 3 previous cases of congenital testicular exstrop hy, including 2 testes on the right side and 1 on the left side.(1-3) To our knowledge we report the first case of bilaterally exstrophied t estes presenting at birth.
