Sertoli cell tumor, also termed and roblastoma or gonadal stromal tumo
r, is a rare testicular neoplasm. While it is usually benign, 25 cases
of malignant Sertoli cell tumors have been reported.(1-3) These neopl
asms vary greatly in microscopic appearance and unfortunately they hav
e aggressive metastatic behavior. Despite various treatments, the prog
nosis remains poor. We report on the fourth prepubescent boy with a ma
lignant Sertoli cell tumor.
