Abstract
Median raphe cyst is a rare developmental anomaly of the penis. A case with this entity is described. The patient presented with cystic lesion over th e penis. Histopathological examination revealed the cyst lined by pseudostr atified columnar epithelium. It was successfully treated by local excision.
