Interaction between dGMP or its one - binding- site analogues- imidazole, N
aH2PO3, Na2HPO4 and the probe [ trans - en(2)Os(eta (2)-H-2)D2O](2+) were s
tudied. The results suggested that the coordination between dGMP and the pr
obe was not the simple sum of the coordination of probe with imidazole and
that with NaH2PO4 or Na2HPO4. The solution chemistry and the dynamics of an
ticancer agents Me2SnCl2, Bu2SnCl2 competing for the binding sites of dGMP
with the probe at different concentrations were studied using H-1 NMR and U
V-stopped-flow instruments. Binding sites, equilibrium constants and the dy
namic results of the probe and the anticancer agents with dGMP were thus ob
tained. Some reaction mechanisms is also proposed.
