Abstract
Synthesis and biological evaluation of a novel fluorinated tryptamine analo gue are described. This new compound 1-(4-fluoro-5-methoxyindol-3-yl)pyrrol idine (2) was found to be a potent serotonin 5-HT1A agonist. (C) 2001 Elsev ier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
