Evaluation use and the CEFP - Lessons from a case study

The Collaborative Evaluation Fellows Project,was designed to build the eval uation capacity of the American Cancer Society and to produce evaluations t hat would be used in decision making on the local to national levels.:Is th is kind of use ring and has use become a means of institutionalizing evalua tion? Data from site visits to sis regional offices suggest some use of fin dings occurring, while other data clearly indicate that evaluation ethos an d evaluation practice are both taking hold within the in decision organizat ion.
