Abstract
We have studied light variability in an optically selected sample of 32 QSO s with a time span of 18 years. We found about 40% of the sample show varia bility, and that there is an inverse correlation between the amplitude of v ariation and the luminosity. The amplitude is possibly also correlated with the redshift.
