Abstract
Nuclear lipid signaling is an established, widespread mechanism that operat es in multiple cellular processes including proliferative and differentiati ve responses to a variety of stimuli. In this literature review with key re ferences highlighted, we put forward the hypothesis that differential flow through Various intracrine mechanisms can dictate resultant cellular action s such as mitosis, differentiation, or apoptosis.
