Abstract
Theoretical calculations of the magnetic field due to coils, cylindrically symmetric iron part, 3-fold symmetric iron part anti the trim coils of the cyclotron are reported. The field of the magnetic channels has been include d also. The simulation of the magnetic shield for the stray magnetic field has been presented briefly. A method has been described to ascertain the po sition and magnitude of the coil misalignment.
