Abstract
A two-part theoretical study on counter-flow triple concentric-tube heat ex changers is conducted. In the present part of the study, several case studi es are conducted based on the solutions obtained in the first part. The cas e studies include both performance calculations and design calculations thr ough which it is demonstrated that the relative sizes of the three tubes wi th respect to each other are the most important parameters that influence t he performance (or size) of the exchanger.
