Abstract
Retroperitoneal fat necrosis is a well-known complication of acute pancreat itis. We describe an unusual case of fat necrosis presenting as multiple, b ilateral renal pseudotumors in a patient with acute pancreatitis. The imagi ng findings on CT and MR are discussed.
