Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study of the spatial structure of the background radiation from images in the 8-13-mum range by means of a scanni ng apparatus. It establishes that the structure of the background field mea suring 10 degrees along the zenith angle and 60 degrees along the azimuth a ngle is completely renewed in 8-12 min.
