Abstract
The one-pot synthesis of soluble, neutral, luminescent rectangular supramol ecules in high yields by solvothermal methods and fine tuning of the molecu lar architecture in one dimension from similar to7 Angstrom to a nanometer scale, similar to 21 Angstrom, have been achieved.
