Therefore, these findings were considered to be consistent with ACTH-i ndependent bilateral macronodular adrenal hyperplasia (AIMAH), This tu mor is quite rare and its etiology still remains controversial, We her ein report this incidentally found AIMAH and also review the pertinent literature.
