Abstract
[GRAPHICS] A convenient method for the oxidation of nucleoside phosphites into phospha tes under nonbasic and nonaqueous conditions using commercially available e thyl(methyl)dioxirane has been developed. This oxidation is effective with both N-protected and N-unprotected strategies.
