Abstract
A rare case of chondroid chordoma of the lateral skull base with laterocerv ical extension is reported. Clinical, radiological and pathological feature s of the tumor are described. This unusual location of chondroid chordoma e nabled total resection of the neoplastic tissue th rough a combined lateroc ervical and far lateral transjugular approach. Copyright (C) 2001 S.
