Abstract
Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) is a rare B-cell malignancy that is seen most commo nly in Africa and in immunocompromised patients. The most common presentati on is that of an asymptomatic neck mass or extranodal disease. To our knowl edge there have been no reports of a nasopharyngeal Burkitt's lymphoma caus ing acute airway obstruction. necessitating urgent intervention.
