Abstract
Youssef's syndrome is an uncommon form of vesico-uterine fistula, caracteri
zed clinically by the association : amenorrhea cyclic, hematuria without ur
inary leakage. This entity is the result of pressure gradient between uteri
n cavity and bladder reservoir. We report on one case.
