Abstract
This paper considers the robust stability problem for linear continuous-tim e descriptor systems with interval system matrices. We first derive some ne cessary conditions for the considered interval descriptor system to be regu lar, impulse-fret and stable. Then, under some constraints, a necessary and sufficient condition is given by using the Kronecker product and mu -analy sis. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
