Abstract
The formation of two hydrogen bonds between an amidopyridine and a carboxyl ic acid controls the stereochemical outcome and significantly accelerates t he rate of the Diels-Alder cycloaddition between a benzoylpyrrole and a mal eimide. (C) 2001 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
