Abstract
Zeolite L with Fe in lattice position is prepared from the gel with Fe /(Fe+Al) ratio up to 0.4 using ferric nitrate as Fe source. The incorp oration of Fe(III) in framework is characterized by XRD, IR, TG/DTA, B ET and Mossbauer spectroscopy. Zeolite L is destabilized by Fe(III) in framework and the reduction of Fe(III) in framework of (Al,Fe)KL was first reported.
