Abstract
Coronary artery anomalies are uncommon in the general population and most a re asymptomatic. We report a rare congenital coronary anomaly and discuss d iagnosis and management strategies as well as review the pertinent literatu re. (C) 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
