Abstract
CuInS2 and AgInS2 semiconductor nanorods are prepared readily from a stoich iometric mixture of In(S2CNEt2)(3) and Cu(S2CNEt2)(2) or Ag(S2CNEt2), by re move of the thione groups with ethylenediamine at 195 degreesC in a solvoth ermal process.
