Abstract
Research into normal pressure hydrocephalus has often focused on the clinic al dilemma of selecting patients who will benefit from cerebrospinal fluid diversion. Recent developments in imaging and lumbar infusion tests are thr owing light on the underlying pathophysiology, providing researchers with n ew avenues for the development of reliable investigative tools.
