Clinical features are not typical, Radiological examination can su ggest the diagnostic especially if '' Thumb printing '' is showed. Col oscopy shows 3 interesting features: diagnostic, topography and progno sis. Endoscopic lesions are suggestive but not specific. Among all eti ologies, any low splanchnic flow can cause ischemic colitis. Whe shoul d insist on the fact that medical factors are more and more responsibl e of this disease.
