Abstract
Lymphocytic and collagenous colitis: a strictly anatomopathological di agnosis. A single disorder? - Collagenous and lymphocytic colitis are characterised by chronic watery diarrhea, normal radiographic and endo scopic findings, but by different histolopathological features. They a re differentiated by the presence or absence of subepithelial collagen table thickeness. They seem to be autoimmune disorders. They are part and parcel of the same spectrum of disease.
