Abstract
The cleavage of Delta Delta [Rh(th4,5ppy)(2)(mu -Cl)](2) th4,5ppy is enanti ometrically by 5 different diimines and 11 diamines yields monomeric cation s Delta [Rh(th4,5ppy)(2)(N boolean ANDN)](+). In all cases, the cleavage re action preserves the original Delta configuration at the metal center, When N boolean ANDN is a chiral or a prochiral ligand.
