Abstract
Multilayer ZnO/In2O3 structures made up of hexagonal ZnO and cubic In2O3 la yers were produced by heat treatment in air and were characterized by x-ray diffraction and optical microscopy. The structures were found to exhibit e fficient photoluminescence.
