Abstract
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) predominantly affects young women in the
ir 20's. In the elderly, the disease may have a more insidious onset and th
e time interval between the onset and diagnosis of the disease may be prolo
nged with respect to younger patients. We present a male patient aged 82. c
