Abstract
Intravesical instillation of bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) vaccine ha s been shown to be an effective treatment of superficial bladder cance r. However, it is not free of side-effects and complications. We prese nt the case of a 62-year-old man who developed disseminated pulmonary granulomas after local BCG immunotherapy for recurrent papillary bladd er cancer.
