Abstract
A monodisperse polymer-based anion exchanger was synthesized through a two- step swelling and polymerization method for the analysis of unmodified carb ohydrates by reduced-diameter column liquid chromatography with a pulsed am perometric detector. Separation characteristics were studied for several di fferent classes of carbohydrates, including sugar phosphates. (C) 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
