Monoorganotin(IV) complexes of 2-aminocyclopentene-1-carbodithioic acid and
its N-/S-alkyl derivatives of formula BuSnCl3.p[S(S)CC=((CH2)3)=CN(H)R](n)
, (where n=1,2; R=-H, -CH3, -C2H5 and -nC(4)H(9)) and BUSnCl3.n[N(H)C=((CH2
)3)=CC(S)SCH3](n). (where n = 1,2) have been synthesised by the reactions o
f butyltintrichloride with corresponding ligands in different stoichiometri
c ratios. The plausible structures of these derivatives have been proposed
on the basis of physico-chemical and spectral (IR, H-1, C-13 and Sn-119 NMR
) Studies.
