Abstract
The phase diagram of the In-Sn-Zn system has been determined by differentia l scanning calorimetry on the entire molar fraction range. The location of the liquidus surface and of the ternary eutectic plan have been precised. T his new information, in good agreement with some results already published, allows the In-Sn-Zn phase diagram to be proposed. (C) 2001 Elsevier Scienc e B.V. All rights reserved.
