Abstract
This article reports experimental studies on fabricating of well-defined bi crystals of SrTiO3 by diffusion bonding of single crystals in high vacuum. The bicrystals form a special tilt grain boundary with a fixed orientation. The atomistic structure and the composition of these grain boundaries in S rTiO3 are determined by advanced techniques of transmission electron micros copy.
