CHANGES IN SOME BIOCHEMICAL AND MORPHOPHY SIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN DEVELOPMENT OF LYMPHOID LEUKEMIA IN AKR MICE

An experimental study was made of the amount of thiol groups of protei ns and Cu-containing glycoprotein ceruloplasmin as well as some morpho physiological parameters in mice of highly leukemic line AKR. High lev els of thiol compounds were found in blood plasm of older animals with tumor progression. The inverse relationship existed with ceruloplasmi n. The findings indicate that there are shifts in morphophysiological parameters and antiperoxide link in various age populations of AKR mic e in development of spontaneous lymphoid leukemia.
