Abstract
Hryntschak Technic is the most common method in the prostatic hyperplasia s urgical treatment in the Ignace Deen Urological Department. The aim of the authors in this paper is to study the epidemiological aspects of hryntschak early complications from january 1994 to December 1998. They found, from 9 6 cases that 41.70% are specifie complications and 58.30% are non specifie complications. Wound infection (35.40%), bladder fistula (15.60%) and epidi dymitis (11.50%) are the most frequent complications. The 61 to 80 years ol d rural man, with a uretral cather placed before operation is the first int erested by Hryntschak early complications. (C) 2001 Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
