Abstract
A preliminary study of the rotifer fauna of Ile Amsterdam (T.A.A.F), southe rn Indian Ocean, yielded seven taxa. Brachionus amsterdamensis sp. nov. is described. Information on the morphology of the trophi of Brachionus dimidi atus is presented.
