Expanding silicone granuloma

Complications of breast augmentation using silicone implants have been the subject of much discussion. We report a single case of a silicone granuloma , which has exhibited unusual behaviour in that it has grown rapidly and si gnificantly. Whilst silicone granulomata have been reported on many occasio ns in the past, to our knowledge this is the first report of a rapidly grow ing example.
