Abstract
Generalized granuloma annulare is a distinctive dermatosis characteriz ed by skin papules distributed in annular and arcuate patterns, one to five cm across with slightly protruding borders, occurring as more th an ten examples on at least the trunk and either upper or lower or bot h extremities. The question of an association between generalized gran uloma annulare and other internal diseases has been a matter of debate for many years. We report the second case of generalized granuloma an nulare associated with hypothyroidism demonstrating a complete remissi on of the skin lesions after thyroxine therapy.
