Metastastic rhabdomyosarcoma to the breast

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a common extramammary primary malignancy in childhood t hat rarely metastasises to the breast. We present a patient with primary si nonasal rhabdomyosarcoma who was in remission when she developed breast met astases, We describe particular imaging findings of this disease, using ult rasound and MR imaging. To our knowledge, MR findings have only been descri bed in one previous case report in the literature.
