Abstract
In the article a problem of the flaw near of elastic surface body whal elike is considered. The opportunity appearance of the nutter on a sur face body is shown. Additional capacity, necessary dolphin is designed at navigation in case of occurrence the nutter. It is shown, that thi s capacity makes about 26% of limiting capacity, output dolphin. Numbe r Re-lcr-4.10(6) transition to nutter's mode of the flow the body of t he dolphin is found. It is discussed evolutionary formed the mechanism of antiflutter stabilization of the body.
