Abstract
A series of aromatic polyimides from different diamidedianhydrides and 2,4- diaminophenol dihydrochloride was synthesized using a one-step high-tempera ture polycondensation. The structural characterization of the prepared poly imides was carried out by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and H-1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The influence of the monomers ' structures on the polymers' properties has been investigated.
