Abstract
The authors report the occurrence of an unusual complication of Behcet's di sease: a full thickness macular hole caused by retinal vasculitis resulting in a definite functional impairment. A review of the different ocular comp lications is provided, stressing the unusual location on the posterior segm ent and the potential seriousness of these complications.
