Amino acids: Analytical aspects

This workshop was organized as a direct response to concerns and queries ra ised by laboratory personnel, both in Europe and in the United States, abou t the imminent withdrawal of Beckman Coulter from the amino acid analysis m arket. The topics covered included external quality control schemes, standa rd operating procedures for amino acid analysis and instrumentation, both f rom a user's perspective and that of the company representatives. There was a discussion panel of all speakers following the presentations.
