Abstract
Drug addiction is a major therapeutic challenge, as little is known about t he changes in neural function that occur during its development. DNA microa rray analysis has revealed a new component in the dopamine-receptor-signali ng cascade that may contribute to the neural and behavioral plasticity asso ciated with addiction.
