Abstract
Cardiac ventricular aneurysms are anomalous developments that are multifact orial in origin. Few pediatric cases have been cited. The majority of the c ited cases have had negative consequences. We report an asymptomatic boy wi th an aneurysm incidentally found, and his identical twin brother with no e vidence of aneurysm.
