Abstract
Capillary supercritical fluid chromatography with flame ionisation detectio n was used for the separation of some underivatised triterpene acids such a s betulinic, oleanolic, polpunonic and ursolic acids. Supercritical fluid c hromatography showed advantages over capillary gas chromatography since der ivatisation was not required and separation was obtained in less than 15 mi n with high efficiency and good resolving power.
